VISION

This multilevel conceptual framework illustrates that pooled interdependence between classrooms and school leadership is not universal. Conceptualizing Thompson’s pool interdependence in this format delineates the connection between classrooms and leadership but does not suggest that each classroom depends on other classrooms. Although interaction may or may not occur, classrooms are all interdependent in that their performance levels affect the entire school. Therefore, each classroom provides a singular influence on the whole school and is supported by the comprehensive classroom network within the school.
